Bitcoin DOG Mode
A Bitcoin client that relays every transaction consensus already allows: transactions up
to 3,900,000 weight units instead of 400,000, and a dust threshold of 1 satoshi instead of
546. Consensus rules are untouched, so a DOG Mode node accepts exactly the same blocks as
Bitcoin Core.
